Coconut Carob Bars

chocolately withOUT the chocolate - ya heard!!!
6-ingredients, AIP approved, naturally sweet and delicious! Not to mention, easy-peasy.
dEATS on making a small batch:
> 3 tbsp Coconut oil
> 4 tbsp Carob powder
> 1-2 tsp Maca powder (adds so many benefits and a caramel-like taste)
> 1 tbsp Coconut flour
> Sea salt to liking
> optional: vanilla extract (forgo if strict AIP)
Warm coco oil, mix all ingredients together, flatten into a small baking dish (leave them about 1/2 inch high or so), put into fridge until fully hard, then break it up and enjoy!
Guys seriously... I’m obsessed with this sugar and chocolate alternative! Although I’m still tweaking / adding / subtracting and figuring the recipe out, it’s so good.
