No Bake Energy Bites
STOP RIGHT HERE! These energy bites/balls/bundles of joy, whatever you want to call them, are the bomb. AND, they are packed with protein, nutrients, omega, coconut, collagen... and did I mention, NO BAKE.
Guilt free, yes please.
Ingredients:
1 cup of old fashioned oats
2/3-1 cup of unsweetened coconut flakes
1/2 cup of peanut butter
1/4 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup ground flaxseed
1/3 cup of honey
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 scoop collagen peptides (mkfitness10 discount ya'll)
Stir ingredients all together until mixed thoroughly. Then roll into bitesize balls, put on plate, cover then refrigerate.
Added tip: prior to rolling into energy bites, you can chill for 20-30 minutest to make the mix easier to mold.
