Winter Smoothie Feels
Winter is a time for pumpkins, blankets, and fires. But sometimes you just don't want to break your chilly smoothie loving routine. Am I right? At least I know I don't! I have decided I am going to be releasing winter smoothie recipes, brought to you bye - me! This one is a cold recipe, but I will be releasing warm ones as well.
The first one I tried out: Pumpkin Cashew Smoothie. Sounds delish right? It definitely was.
Recipe:
- 1/2 cup cashew milk
- handful raw cashews
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 to 1 frozen banana (depending on size)
- dash of cinnomon
- 2 handfuls of spinach leafs
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
Recharge with this vitamin packed smoothie!
Little disclaimer: a lot of times I eyeball my smoothies and add more/less of what I like. So this is an estimate of what to add. Enjoy!
