Ways to Crush Your Workout
1. Recruit a buddy!
Have an accountability partner or hire a personal trainer. You will never skip a workout if you are already committed. Plus, it will be more fun!
2. Rock your favorite attire
Be mindful of what you wear and what you feel good in. It may sound silly, but if you feel comfortable and confident in what you are wearing, you will work harder, be more focused and crush your workout!
3. Psych yourself up
Training starts mentally before physically. Your body will do what you believe is possible. Tell yourself you can do it. Listen to some pump up jams, or listen to some good podcasts.
4. Pump the music
Pick a playlist that gets you amped and moving. One that keeps you moving and excited.
5. See the vale
Yes, you may end up looking better, BUT, it's all about feeling better. No matter what may be going on, set aside time to exercise a bit. 10 minutes. 20 minutes. 30 minutes. I promise you will feel better. Sanity over vanity!
