Stay Powered Up Come Summer

This time of year we all want to pack fun in from morning to night, but sometimes the challenge is to stay fueled, and powered, so you can enjoy an early morning run and some after-work drinks with friends. To stay powered up make sure you get enough fresh air, moderate exercise, and a well-balanced diet.

Do you get an afternoon lull? Try taking a brisk walk around the office or go for an afternoon pick-me-up snack. Keep fruit and nuts, such as walnuts or almonds, for the p.m. snack. This duo serves as a nice balance of carbohydrates, protein, and fat to help you power through the rest of the afternoon!
