I try not to go a day without eating some avocado, not only for its amazing taste and texture, but also its added health benefits. Avocados are full of different vitamins and minerals. Did you know they have more potassium than bananas? Amazing, right! They have heart-healthy fats and fiber, and are a powerful anti-oxidant.
