Latest Go-To Workout

We all lose our way, or are pressed on time when getting to the gym. We fall for the latest exercise gimmick or try some New Age workout—with disappointing results. Call this your “Go-To Workout.” Whenever you need to make quick progress or need a quick go-to work out, try this! You can either make it quick or long, depending on how long you run. When I found this on Pinterest—I was hooked! I actually followed it day by day and just changed up my running (sometimes I only ran 10 minutes, and sometime up to 40). This routine works your entire body, and boy does it feels good. Try it and let me know what you think. Stay happy and healthy!
