Protein Smoothie Recipes

I don't know about you guys, but I love a good smoothie or thick shake. Especially when it is nutrient dense, high in protein, gut friendly and so delicious! Now if you've been following me for some time, you know that I am gluten free and dairy free, so I can guarantee these shakes are as well!

Here are three excellent protein smoothies recipe to add to your list.

VANILLA "MILKSHAKE" (1 SERVING):

1 cup cashew milk

1 cup ice

Large scoop or 2 of kite hill dairy free vanilla greek style yogurt

1/2 tsp vanilla bean extract

Dash of Vanilla Creme Stevia

DIRECTIONS: blend and enjoy!

BONUS: add some coconut whip cream and coconut chips!

TRIPLE CHOCOLATE SHAKE (1 SERVING):

1 cup almond milk

1 cup ice

1/2 cup water

1 tsp cocoa powder

DIRECTIONS: blend and enjoy!

BONUS: add some coconut whip cream and dark chocolate chips to top it off!

SUMMER SMASH COLLAGEN SMOOTHIE (1 SERVING):

3-5 large strawberries

1/2 large frozen banana

1/2 cup almond milk

1 scoop of your Collagen Peptides

1 squeeze of lemon juice

DIRECTIONS: blend and enjoy!
