Meet Melissa Kendter

STRENGTH IN BODY & MIND

As a Personal Trainer, my main passion is guiding people towards a healthier lifestyle with a

no BS approach. Throughout my years of in-person and online personal training, I’ve educated and supported thousands of women in their health and fitness journeys. My goal has always been to empower women by giving them the practical tools they need to improve their well-being and feel more confident. My signature hybrid training style will help you to increase your fitness, strength, and performance, whether you are a beginner or are ready for a new challenge.

Owner and certified personal trainer of Melissa Kendter Fitness LLC. I am a Functional Strength Coach, UESCA Running Coach, ACE cPT with a Bachelor's Degree from Delaware Valley University. I have my Commit Programs exclusively online, home and gym based guides, as well as, host the Performance Podcast, where we delve into fitness topics that can be somewhat messy and the answer is often, it depends. 

 

I have always been passionate about my health and keeping my body moving. I played collegiate soccer and hung up my cleats to start my personal training business. I am an avid runner, multi-marathon finisher, Boston qualifier, triathlete, duathlete, and just love to test my mental toughness and performance. I truly believe movement is a form of medicine, and I am here to help you commit to yourself and reach your goals.

Get to know your coach:

I’m married to my best friend since 2010, with one crazy fur baby since 2011. I own my own private studio and love training clients 1-on-1, but have expanded my programs globally to help women all over the world empower themselves through fitness. My husband and I have a passion for coffee, dancing and being by the ocean. Running is my therapy, my solitude. I love to find humor in everything and watch terrible tv shows. I truly believe it's always a beautiful day to move our bodies.
